Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: SATURDAY AVAILABILITY: Saturday appointments are available by request only. I typically book out 6 months in advance for Saturday appointments. Please email me at sltrischler@gmail.com to inquire. SERVICE POLICY: All services show a starting price and can increase based on technical difficulty, hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please consult your stylist with further questions. Number of sessions needed may vary to achieve specific results. If you have any questions regarding this, please schedule a free consultation to discuss your goals. CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests on our cancellation list, we request at least a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. There will be a 50% charge of service for any no-call no-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. ALL appointments require a credit card on file upon booking. We are unable to hold any appointment without a major credit card. Thank you for understanding!
